I believe in the first draft of the script, the Allspark was called the Energon cube but the fans had a **** fest and they changed it to the Allspark. Also, the writers are huge Beast Wars/Beast Machine fans so they took inspiration from those shows rather then the Original G1 cartoon.
Also, Energon cubes are more like food then a life source, which is what the Allspark is supposed to be. It would the equivalent to Vector Sigma from the G1 cartoon.
I think Michael Bay wanted to create a new story that could stand alone as it's own 'universe'. The thing about TFs is that it's always being reinvented in some way. Each new cartoon is it's own with little to no relation to the original. He's said repeatedly that he didn't want the movies to seen cartoony. He wanted to make it as believale as possible. How come they replaced Energon with the Allspark in the live-action Transformers movie? just wondering?energon is like robot food the allspark is the creator of all of them but in the original G1 seres the Autobots and Decepticons needed it to go home if you need more help you can email me o and Michael Bay must like it transformers 2 is filming rite know soHow come they replaced Energon with the Allspark in the live-action Transformers movie? just wondering?
It wouldn't make as much money if they stuck to the original. Just like how with that 'seeker of truth' show they are butchering the books so that people can understand the plot.
They should have let sleeping dogs lie instead of killing them, buying a new dog and spray painting it silver so that everyone will want one too.How come they replaced Energon with the Allspark in the live-action Transformers movie? just wondering?I can see why the kids liked that movie. Because it made almost no sense.
But it did have battle robots, which I like.
