What i need to know is, am i able to travel alone on the flight without a parent/guardian at 16? They're willing to pick me up when i get there, so it'll all be safe.
Do i need a parent's permission or anything, also?What is the minimum age to travel alone?No problem at all although you may want to check with whichever airline you are travelling with to see if they make any special arrangementsWhat is the minimum age to travel alone?um in american there's no limit on that kind of thing it depends on the intellegent and cautiousness level of the parents, really. i live in the us and i knew somone who, when she was 7, yes 7, not 17, would go on a plane by herself across the country and then her grandma would pick her up at the airport. now she's 14 and it's all over the news about her dissapearance. some shocker, huh? the parents let her go shopping at the mall all by herself for 4 hours. not with a friend, nor a cell phone in her pocket or anything. yep. by herself. in a mall. filled with creeps. at the age of 14. for 4 hours. yep, i blame the parents-america's worst parents of the year. anyways, you're 16 (almost 17) so if you were my kid i'd probably let you do it at 17 i mean you're almost an adult so, sure. and no i don't think you'd need your parent's permission but you'd better just go and talk everything out with them. as long as they pick you up right on time at the airport, at your meeting place. oh yeah...make a meeting place! lol. that's a good idea. ok well good luck with your traveling enjoy our country!!What is the minimum age to travel alone?My friend's daughter in year 11 travelled to New Zealand on her on %26amp; had no problems.
