I am working in usa. And have a valid travel documents. My I485 under process. I want to travel india, How long i can stay in India If there is and problem when i come back usa? How long can stay out side the usa on travel documents?Shorter is better. Many immigration attorney advised not to travel outside of US when I-485 is pending even if you have approved AP.
AP is for emergency visit and there is still possible that you may get hassled at POE even with AP in hands.
