You can fly alone at 14. I would bring a ticket, the name and contact phone number of the person who is coming to pick you up in case you cannot find them. The flight attendants will take care of you. When you get to the airport your parent or guardian will fill out a form and you will be left with one attendant who will be your primary contact on the plane if you need anything at all. They will then escort you off the plane and to the receiving party. When I used to fly alone my family picking me up would show ID and then you're all set! Enjoy!!
