I've been out of the country twice, once in April and once in September. I prefer to travel in the fall though, so if you need one answer, go with September!What month do you travel outside the country?
during Summer or Winter times depending on the climate and place where it is, for example i would go to Mexico in the Summer because of the heat and humidity down there, I would go to Italy in say the early Winter because of the light breeze and crisp fresh chill in the air, so it depends on the person and their opinions
In September-October I go to Germany (Pretty self explanatory why...) and Japan for a week in December.
