I really want to be able to travel around the world. What is the best way to do this? I want to work save up many and back pack but I hear that gets old and lonely. I'm also concerned about my safety. Also my mom wants me to start a career and buy a house and have kids n stuff. Not sure what to do?How to be able to travel around the world?Firstly it is your life and you decide on how you live it. Your mother decided on her life and how she is living it.
Secondly you sound a little young yet to go off alone but it is a good time to save for the trip and you could always decide later if you want to put that money towards a house and family or a trip of a life time.
Back packing is not ideal alone. That is for sure, I would certainly complete my education first. Education is the most important thing for the rest of your life, being able to get a good job where ever in the world you choose.
Some charities welcome educated people to work for them abroad and you could find yourself with a great job which involves travel. A medical doctor is certainly a good choice, Anthropologist, Dietician, Engineer.
Even joining the military could get you posted to some exotic places.
You may even meet a partner who shares your dreams and the two of you can go together and that would be great.
The alternative is to start a family young. By the time you are in your forties those kids will be well grown and then you would be free to spend the rest of your life travelling. Or looking after your mother in her old age..........
