What is needed to travel to Mexico with an infant?

I am traveling to Mexico soon an my cousin asked me to take her kids to her mothers house, what do I need in order to travel with them from CA to Mexico. We will be traveling by plane.What is needed to travel to Mexico with an infant?They will need passports.

You will need notoraized permission from both parents.

CA could be California, USA or Canada.

As others said, you all need passports. You will also need letters of permission signed by both parents and notarized, See 1st site and read section on Minors under Entry Requirements to see that Mexico requires this and 2nd site for more info about the letter. On page 4 you can print out a form to use if desired. If any of yo are LPR (Green Card) they are all you need to travel by air.(Passport exempt) Notorized permission from the kids parents, of course.

An ORIGINAL birth certificate, and a note from the parents.
