I am traveling to Mexico soon an my cousin asked me to take her kids to her mothers house, what do I need in order to travel with them from CA to Mexico. We will be traveling by plane.What is needed to travel to Mexico with an infant?They will need passports.

You will also need letters of permission signed by both parents and notarized, See 1st site and read section on Minors under Entry Requirements to see that Mexico requires this and 2nd site for more info about the letter.
